After making our signature fruit butters, we take the cores and peels of our homegrown apples and pears to craft a rich fruit syrup. Once perfected, we infuse it with dried Puma peppers straight from our garden and cook it down into a deliciously spicy sap.

Drizzle it over charcuterie boards, cheeses, crackers, baked goods, toast, and more!
