If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Qualifying products may be returned for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

CBD Hemp products are not eligible for return, however if the product arrives damaged we ask you contact us immediately so we may find a fast solution to make sure your satisfaction is met.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your return request, we will contact you in regards to your refund. Please note it may take up to 5-7 additional business days to inspect and process items returned before refunds can be processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
