Salted Caramel Apple Butter

Pink Lady Apples, Homemade Caramel, Sugar, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Vanilla, Himalayan Pink Salt.

A community favorite! This butter is made with love from our apples grown in our orchard! It goes perfectly on toast, added to oatmeal, or simply used as a dip for your charcuterie platter!

 

 

Spiced Pear Butter

Pears, Fresh Apple Juice, Sugar, Fresh Squeezed Local Lemon & Orange Juice, Ginger, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Vanilla, Nutmeg.

The taste of the holidays in a jar! This butter is made from our pears grown in our orchard and fresh-squeezed apple juice mixed with some delicious spices! It goes perfectly on toast, added to oatmeal, or simply used as a dip for your charcuterie platter!

Pear Honey

Homemade Pear Juice, Fresh Squeezed Local Lemon Juice, Sugar.

After making our special Spiced Pear Butter, we use the cores and peels of our homegrown pears and turn them into Pear Honey. A delicious treat to add to your tea, toast, charcuterie board, chicken dishes, and so much more!

After making our special butters and honey, we use the cores and peels of our homegrown pears and apples to turn them into a delicious syrup! A sweet treat to add to your pancakes, waffles, baked goods, toast, and more!

 

Apple “Scrap” Vinegar

Here at The HoneyBear Farm, we are firm believers in making use of every part of our harvest! After we make our apple butter, we begin the process of making our famous Apple Scrap Vinegar! Perfect for cooking, your gut health, skin care, hair & scalp rinse, and even transformed into a cleaning product!
